
Cheesy Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1 14- ounce can drained artichoke hearts chopped
- 1 8- ounce cream cheese softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup grated Locatelli Pecorino Romano
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 dash Worsteshire sauce
- 2 dashes hot sauce
- Fresh cracked pepper
- Fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Drain and chop artichoke hearts and set aside. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Then mix in mayonnaise and also beat until smooth. Add in artichokes, Locatelli pecorino romano, mozzarella, garlic, Worchester sauce, hot sauce, cracked pepper and fresh parsley until well combined. Transfer to shallow 8x10 dish and bake 35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top. Serve hot with veggies, crostini, or your favorite chips.
