Cheesy Garlic Bread
Our cheesy, crispy garlic bread is quick and delicious. Serve alongside your favorite pasta dish or dip into a warm hearty bowl of soup.
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter softened
- 1/2 cup Locatelli Pecorino Romano cheese grated
- 1/4 cup Fresh Italian parsley finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 loaf Italian bread halved lengthwise
Mix butter, cheese, parsley and garlic in medium bowl to blend well. Cover and refrigerate.
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place bread, cut side up, on baking sheet. Spread butter mixture evenly over cut sides of bread.
Bake until golden brown, approximately 5 minutes.
